Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING & RETURNS
All deliveries are sent via Post.nl, DPD or My Parcel, orders are delivered from our own warehouses. Depending on what you ordered, it will be delivered in a package or (small) envelope.
All orders will be sent at a shipping rate of 6,95 € (less than 10 kg) or 29,00 € (over 10 kg) including VAT.
For orders above 150 € we do NOT charge shipping.
All orders will be shipped as soon as possible. We try to deliver all orders in stock within 2 - 5 business days. The delivery times of the products can be found at the products in the webshop.
All items are checked for shipment.
Status not in stock
Delivery times, if items are out of stock (this is indicated when you place an item in your shopping cart): for all items: about 3 weeks
We will keep you informed of the status during your order. If an item is no longer available, you can of course cancel your order or find another article.
All mentioned prices in the webshop for individuals include 21% VAT.
All wholesale prices are exclusive of 21% VAT.
In case of defects of a product, you are entitled to return the order within 14 days, in accordance to the Dutch law, if they do not meet your expectations. We will have a term of 14 working days.
The cost of returning is at the expense of the customer. The cost of the order will be returned within 14 days by Namasté Café. Articles should be undamaged, unworn and / or unused and in original packaging and any protective film.

Returns must always be registered with us. Send an email to email@example.com
A product can not be exchanged or returned if:
* The product is no longer in original packaging.
* Products are damaged, used, worn or incomplete.
* The product is especially ordered and / or requested by you.
Namasté Café / Namasté Boutique only supplies new and original products, but they could be from used materials such as vintage sari fabrics. Many of our products are handmade in India. This may mean that small differences in the same product can occur.
To initiate the warranty procedure, follow the steps below:
Please send the package to the mail address specified in the mail.
Upon receipt of the package, we will review and process your return shipment as soon as possible. We will keep you informed about the progress / completion by e-mail.
